Digital Action Research Project - end of project Monday, 1 October 2012
The Digital Action Research Project was designed to encourage the theatre sector in Scotland to consider its live work as a digitised live product, which could increase
the income streams.
The main objectives of the project were:
- To support participating organisations in development
of their digital projects.
- To give them an opportunity to regularly meet, discuss their projects and share their experiences.
- To create a bank of case studies, best practice
examples and tip sheets, which can then be shared
with other organisations.
The projects ranged from live streaming, 3D recording of a
show to a phone app and creating an interactive channel
for cultural organisations.
As a result, the participating companies created 'tip sheets' to be used by others who embark on similar projects, which can be downloaded below or from the Reports and Resources section of our website.
The final presentations of the companies projects can be viewed online via the AmbITion blip website - http://blip.tv/getambition
