International Onward Touring
A key aim of the Made in Scotland project is to maximise the benefit for Scottish artists of the international platform that the Fringe is. As part of this, funding has been allocated to support Scottish dance and theatre companies to take up international touring opportunities as a direct result of performing at the Fringe.
The fund is available to all Scottish dance and theatre companies regardless of whether they are included in the Made in Scotland programme. The fund looks to support companies by contributing towards the cost of presenting their work outside of Scotland. Over half the productions featured in 2009 are touring internationally to Australia, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Ireland, Tasmania, Italy and Ukraine.
For more information on how to apply, further details on the fund including eligibility terms and conditions please contact Anita Clark, Portfolio Manager Festivals, Touring and Dance, Creative Scotland anita.clark@creativescotland.com
